The Institute of Accountancy Arusha is a parastatal academic institution offering Undergraduate and Postgraduate training programmes. It is established by the Institute of Accountancy Arusha Act No.1 of 1990 and is located at Njiro Hill, seven kilometres. Southern-East of Arusha City. The Institute of Accountancy Arusha hereby invites applications for a Nurse and Game Tutor.

POSITION 1: NURSE
The Institute of Accountancy Arusha hereby invites applications for a Nurse.
Duties and Responsibilities:
To asses patients conditions and identify their needs.
To ensure treatments are carried out as prescribed and observe any side effects.
To maintain professional friendly atmosphere and create a dignified environment.
Restores and promotes patient’s health by completing the nursing process.
Provides physical and psychological support to all students and staff.
Identifies patient care requirements by establishing personal rapport with all students
and staff.
Establishes a compassionate environment by providing emotional, psychological, and
spiritual support to all students and staff.
Assures quality of care by adhering to therapeutic standards; measuring health
outcomes against patient care goals and hospital or regulatory standards.
Resolves patient problems and needs by utilizing multidisciplinary team strategies.
Protects patients and employees by adhering to infection-control policies and
protocols; medication administration and storage procedures; and controlled
substance regulations.
Documents patient care services by charting in patient and department records.
Maintains patient confidence and protects operations by keeping information
confidential.
Maintains nursing supplies inventory by checking stock to determine inventory level.
Qualifications/Skills:
Holder of Diploma in Nursing from a reputable institution and licensed as a Staff Nurse
by the Tanzania Nurses and Midwives Council.
Should at least have the following:- Clinical skills, Bedside manner, Infection control,
Physiological knowledge, Administering medication and Health promotion and
maintenance
Must not be of age above 45
Registered Nurse (RN)
Clean background check and clean drug screen
POSITION 2: GAME TUTOR
The Institute of Accountancy Arusha hereby invites applications for Game Tutor.
JOB DESCRIPTION
1. Organizing, developing and delivering a varied range of sporting activities or
programs.
2. Create relationships with staff, students to facilitate strong operational delivery
and deliver the strategic aims;
3. Maintain discretion and confidentiality at all times;
4. Work with the student union to increase participation numbers and team/individual
successes amongst the student population;
5. Contribute to the development and implementation of sport development plans
and other strategies;
6. Provide a safe physical environment for staff and students
7. Must be a team work player.
QUALIFICATIONS
Must have an ordinary diploma in Physical education and sport science.
Teaching various sports and games
Technical and practical conditions established by the National Coaching Commission
Handball coaching course
Basic coaching and umpiring in Netball
