Job Role
Provide leadership expertise in providing efficient and focused sales and marketing strategies,
Development and Grow a profitable regional sale, while cultivating key
relationships to support sustainable growth, capacity, and commercial
business.
Strengthen and grow client and partner base and maintain surveillance on market conditions, emerging opportunities, and risks.
This is a hybrid role, in which the incumbent will own key customers and
strategic automotive partners relationship, develop and implement the
company’s marketing, public relations, and advertising strategies,
manage and oversee all sales activities in the assigned country/region
with the overall aim of achieving sales and marketing goals
Job Responsibilities
- Create an enabling and positive environment in the department where individuals present a high level of accountability and are working together across the region as a single team to realize MAG values and goals
- Identify, develop and maintain an effective national distribution sales network
- Participates in target/bid reviews and provides ongoing feedback to senior management on the status of capture efforts and the viability of continued investment of time and resources in developing business opportunities
- Prepare an annual sales and marketing strategy and budget, and continuously monitor and report on its achievements on a monthly and annual basis
- Responsible for the planning and implementation of personnel requirements in Service department (recruitment/dismissal) as agreed with Country management, and ensure performance is managed and talent is nurtured
- Responsible to discuss training plan and communicating HR for application and encouraging staff and technicians to keep their skills up to date through periodic technical training offered by the brand manufacturer/s and MAG
- To ensure compliance with regulations governing safety at work and accident prevention in the business country
- Use marketing tools and sales incentives to stimulate sales activities to maintain and exceed revenue objectives on monthly, quarterly and yearly basis
- To ensure internal quality measures, perform internal workshop tests and implement improvement measures to increase service quality Manage special tools and service parts inventory to ensure that all items are recorded and stored according to instructions
- Develop market and competitive analysis, pricing schedules, forecasts, promotional plus advertising requirements according to MAG standards and specific market environment
Education
Required Qualifications & Skills
Minimum Experience:
8 – 10 Experience in the management of an automotive technical business
or in a business that offers fully comprehensive services in the
automotive industry.
Proven history of technical experience in the field of customer relationship management

- Must be familiar with computer software programs e.g. Word, Excel, etc.
- Good Financial skill to be able to plan and track budget and profit
- Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals.
- Ability to write routine reports and correspondence. Ability to
speak effectively before groups of customers or employees of the
organization
