Job Description:-
1) Perform installation, configuration and troubleshooting of PCs and printers.
2) Perform installation, configuration and support of Microsoft Windows Operating Systems(MAC OS Added Advantage).
3) Responsible for system setup and installation as well as system and hardware upgrading and backup data.
4) Offering technical support on-site or via phone or email.
5) Involved in ALL sales activities. Counsel customers on the Sale, use, handling and maintenance of the products.
6) Mac OS and Apple Device Knowledge and Experience is Added advantage.
Requirements:-
• Good knowledge of pc and windows, able to perform software installation
• Good knowledge of LAN and WAN networking, able to set up such networks and /or to connect computers to them.
• Good attitude and communication skills with customers are very desirable, good temper, readiness to learn new technologies. Discreteness and sensitivity for the needs of the company. Supportive of the company and the customer.
• Fresh graduates/Entry level applicants are encouraged to apply.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving skill, independent and proactive working attitude.
• Able to communicate in English and Swahili.
