Job brief

We are looking for Procurement, Logistic and Store Manager to manage in our various Property/projects.

Procurement

 

  • Address any requests from the Property Managers or Directors
  • Source, search and engage with reliable suppliers and vendors
  • Liaise with the Directors on all procurement coming from abroad
  • Verify all terms and conditions of payment to suppliers when authorised and confirmed by the Directors.
  • Negotiate with suppliers and vendors to secure advantageous terms
  • Review existing contracts with suppliers and vendors to ensure on-going feasibility.
  • Build and maintain long-term relationships with vendors and suppliers.
  • Control the procurement budget for each property and promote a culture of long-term saving on procurement costs.
  • Oversee and manage any IT systems and paperwork to track shipments, inventory and supply of goods.
  • Maintain a database of approved suppliers.
  • Review the procurement quotations to ensure prices are in line with market value and approved with the Directors
  • Provide reports to Board
  • Deal with supplier queries and product defects.

Logistics

  • Oversee and Manage all consignments and logistics between the all the properties
  • Update the consignment lists and stock sheets
  • Handle all importations and its processes directly with the authorities, TRA, clearing agents and ports

Warehouse

  • Handle all stock issues at each of the warehouses with the Directors
  • Overseas the warehouses
  • Safeguards warehouse operations and contents by establishing and monitoring security procedures and protocols.
  • Controls inventory levels by conducting physical counts; reconciling with data storage system.
  • Maintains warehouse staff by recruiting, selecting, orienting, and training employees.

Skills and Expereince minimum 3 years

  • In-depth knowledge of preparing and reviewing contracts, invoicing, and negotiation terms.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, and Access).
  • Management and leadership skills.
  • Multi-tasking and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks.
  • Highly organized and detail-oriented.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Proven working experience as Purchasing Manager, Agent or Officer
  • Familiarity with sourcing and vendor management
  • Interest in market dynamics along with business sense
  • Strong negotiator and networker
  • Ability to gather and analyse data and to work with figures
  • Solid judgement along with decision making skills
  • Knowledge of Clearing consignments and conversant with importation laws
  • Knowledge of market analysis
