Answering telephone calls responded to queries and reply email

Preparing expenses reports and office budgets

Managing office supplies and ordering new supplies as needed

Systematically filling Important company document

Forwarding all correspondence such as letters and packages to staff members

Scheduling Meetings and bookings conference rooms

Assisting the HR department in postings & Interview

Serve as point of contact for logistical and administrative needs in the office

Qualifications & Experience

Bachelor Degree in Business Adminstration/Management,Public Relation,Accounting,Finance or Advanced Diploma in similar field

Proven experience working on office environment

Proficiency in all Microsoft office Application

The ability to multitask

Excellent organizational skills

Effective communication skills

Exceptional customer service skills
