Requirements
You want to:
- Always be up-to-date with the cutting-edge technology;
- Apply the latest and greatest customer happiness practices;
- Provide omni-channel support (via phone, email, chat, social media);
- Communicate with developers and other departments of various IT-companies;
- Become a product expert and constantly grow.
You are:
- Fluent in English (flawless command both written and verbal; B2 is a minimum);
- Having an Analytical & Research Skills;
- Customer oriented and having a customer service in your DNA :)
Will be a great plus:
- Experience with CRM systems;
- Technical background;
- Experience with native speakers;
- Fluent 2nd language (French, Spanish, German or any other language you master);
- International exchange programs participation;
- Customer service skills and experience.
