IBES is an organization whose goal is to create jobs for vulnerable youth. Therefore, IBES has several departments like day care centres and day-care teachers training. We have a very large playground, which is open for schools and public, and a fast food restaurant. IBES Playground & Restaurant is located at Maji ya Chai, near Usariver, Arusha.
Because events and clients are coming back we are looking to extend our team, therefore
We have a full time position for an experienced Restaurant Manager.
Qualifications;
- Diploma holder in Restaurant management.
- Minimum 5 years experience as a restaurant manager.
- Must have an eye for detail and presentation of the total look of the restaurant.
- Experience in cooking fast food.
- Experience in receiving big groups like school trips.
- Experience in administration, planning, registration working hours.
- Able to organize a good control of stock and purchase.
- Work in an efficient way, good logistics at the work floor.
- Create a good marketing environment and able to come up with new ideas.
