Pest Control Branch Manager Vacancy - Tanzania

We have a vacancy available for a suitable Branch Manager - for the Pest Control Division, in our Tanzania business, to be based in Dar es Salaam.

The successful candidate will be responsible for consolidating the region’s existing business and growth opportunities through consumer directed initiatives, for the full range of Rentokil products and services.

They will also lead a team of service technicians, administrators and sales consultants, in delivering great customer service, and to proactively create new markets and achieve sales targets and business KPIs.

The day-to-day responsibilities will include (not limited to)

* Develop and deliver frameworks for the growth of the Pest Control business
* Undertake SWOT analysis and build business strategies to achieve agreed business KPIs
* Champion market intelligence activities and report back to management for guidance
* Create and manage an annual business development plan in liaison with the management team
* Delivery of tangible results against the business KPIs for revenue growth, business profitability and cash flow
* Coordinate effectively all service delivery visits, quality assurance checks and customer care activities
* Work closely with the GM on matters pertaining to sound business controls and take full control of general administration & review of the pest control branch business processes to enhance efficiency and productivity.
* Safeguard Company assets and carry out physical assets verification exercises annually under the direction of the FD
* Undertake other adhoc business duties as directed by Management.

* Relevant Eduction and Experience
* A valid Driver’s Licence
* Tanzanian Citizen
* A Strong orientation/connection with the values of service, relationships and teamwork

* Negotiation and Coaching skills
* High energy level / self motivation
* Computer literacy -( MS word, Google, Excel and Internet)
* Strong Commercial and Numeric skills
* Flexibility and adaptability to rapid environmental changes and ability to operate in diverse cultural environments
