About the role:
The Brands Account Manager position is focused on building, executing and delivering exceptional communications programs for clients. Responsibilities include:
- Tactical implementation of PR and communications campaigns in a timely manner.
- Being attentive to clients’ needs, providing honest recommendations with focus on meeting clients’ needs.
- Accurately quoting and estimating project costs.
- Creating a portfolio of client accounts and monitoring the ongoing activities related to them.
- Managing, reviewing progress and delivering the client’s projects.
- Conducting meetings with the clients as well as informing them about the current work status of their projects.
- Establishing relationships with new clients and maintaining and nurturing business relationships with existing clients.
- Identifying accounts whose revenue may be shrinking so as to address any ‘at risk’ customers and reach out to these accounts to ensure they are retained.
The goals of this position:
- The day-to-day management of clients’ communication and advertising campaigns.
- Pro-active leadership that encourages teams to perform to the best of their ability.
- Regular communication and liaison with clients at a senior level.
- The organization of client feedback.
- Generating accurate reports and status notifications.
- Pitching fresh and innovative ideas to clients.
- Completing projects to a specific schedule and within an agreed budget.
- Using your knowledge and skills to push clients, the team and the agency in the most productive direction.
Requirement Experience:
- Minimum 3 years of experience in Communications and Advertising.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in Brand Account Management.
- Proven track record of driving revenue growth and sales.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Bachelor’s Degree in Communications/ Marketing or related field.
