Operations Manager
Responsibilities
· Coordinate regional daily security operations as determined by the Regional Physical Security Manager
· Risk management mitigation and analysis
· Provide detailed, accurate and timely reports to the Regional Physical Security Manager
· Strong communication skills / Relationship management
· Experience with security technologies including CCTV, Access Control, and Incident Management Systems or CRM
· Prioritize tasks, personnel, and resources based on operational and budget requirements
· Demonstrated working knowledge of Workplace Incident Management, Emergency Response, Crisis Management, and Business Continuity
· Project management skills and experience
· Experience conducting investigations including criminal, human resources, and safety incidents
· Proven track record in managing security operations and security personnel and delivering high quality, customer-oriented security programs
Requirements
· Bachelors’ Degree or five years relevant experience
· Understanding of Microsoft PowerPoint, SharePoint, Projects applications
· Ability to work individually as well as a member of a team
· Ability to handle multiple tasks in support of various assignments
· Ability to function professionally at many different levels (clients, management, and peers)
· Strong interpersonal skills necessary for business partner relationships within and outside organization
· Ready to travel around the country at short notices.

· Should be below 40 years of age.
· Should hold a clean valid driver’s license.
