The Image of Africa Ltd. is the travel company specializing in safaris, adventure tours and cultural exchange trips all around Northern Tanzania. We position ourselves as the company, that offers unique routes, cultural and wildlife experiences and we take pride in our talented and knowledgable staff. Our mission is to provide responsible travels and eco tours that bring positive change to the local communities, and to educate the visitors about the African continent, changing the perception and stereotypes about Africa.
We are dedicated to provide high quality service to all our curious customers along with memorable safaris and trips to the unexplored and off the beaten paths.
We believe that tourism in Africa is nearing its peak in the after-pandemic world due to its vast spaces, open plains and personalized approach to each customer (meaning that it is not a crowd-oriented type of tourism), and therefore Tanzania is about to be one of the most sought after destinations in the near future.
We are looking for a dedicated, talented and hard working sales professional and travel agent, who will be willing to work with us on a regular basis with a fully guaranteed high commission from sales. The candidate must have knowledge and experience in safari business and travel industry, however, only if a candidate can prove he/she has great sales and marketing skills, we can offer some training and educate them in regards to the safari industry.
What are your responsibilities?
- Look for potential clients
- Market the company's offers and products
- Make deals
- Negotiate the tour prices according to the customers budget
- Closely work with the founder and director of the company on possible accommodation options and pricing for the tours
- Communicate with potential clients about the company's products and offers
- Sell the company's products and offers
The salary for this type of work is negotiable and depends on the candidate's experience, but most of it is based on sales and commissions.
