Teaching opportunity: We are an internationally accredited Early year and preschool, situated in Upanga, Dar es Salaam. Our focus is on meeting the core objects of the Academy – to ensure level competency in reading, writing, speaking, and counting. We achieve this by retaining low-to-optimum teacher-child classroom ratios, employing modern work-play teaching techniques and dealing with diversity in learning, where each child is individually supported according to his/her abilities and inclinations, while continuously exposing them to a range of skills-based activities. We utilise only the most modern ways of organising our teamwork and believe in innovation by educators to deliver these objectives.
We believe every child has rights and is capable of contributing to the community. The child is at the heart of the tripartite learning process. Teachers facilitate this learning through love, care and respect, creating an interactive and inspiring learning environment. A place where children are encouraged to take risks, explore and be in control of their own learning. We recognize children as unique individuals, celebrating their voice and interests while making learning visible and meaningful through authentic documentation and collaboration with our parent community.
The Academy encourages children to have multi-development and each child joins at least 2 extra-curricular activities to allow them to explore various interests that they may have
