Enza Zaden Africa Ltd is a horticultural company that produces
high quality hybrid seeds. The company is based in Tengeru, Arusha,
Tanzania. It has 6.3 hectares of greenhouses and employs over 280
permanent people. The seeds produced are all exported to the mother
company based in the Netherlands. After thorough quality checks the
seeds are re-exported all over the world under the Enza Zaden logo. Know

Storekeeper
Role of the position
• As a storekeeper, you will oversee daily stores operations and
supervise store staff, be responsible of issuing, returning and proper
storage of materials (implement, tools, fuel, etc.) in the company
store.
• You ensure that purchased goods are of good quality and quantity as
per purchase order and that are received and well-kept in the company
store.
• You monitor the stock level of items and goods, and timely reporting of materials which stocks are running low.
• Ensure items in the store are in good condition and worth for use, reporting of any losses or damaged materials.
• Preparation of relevant reports as needed.
Essential Qualifications
• A candidate with bachelor’s degree in business administration,
storekeeping, procurement, or related field from a recognized university
with 5 years of experience as a storekeeper, preferably in horticulture
sector.
• You possess knowledge and understanding of procurement processes, policy, and systems.
• Excellent communication skills, verbal and written with knowledge of English and Kiswahili language.
• Computer knowledge and experience with Microsoft Office with the competency and eager to learn new applications.
• Ability to supervise, coach and manage staff.
• Previous experience in related position with knowledge of ERP systems will be an added advantage.
