JOB SCOPE

  • To effectively and efficiently manage the Estate Finance, Accounts and function.


 JOB DESCRIPTION
The role entails managing the following key aspects within the company:

  • Maintain Financial Accounts
  • Ensure all Statutory Compliances
  • Prepare Financial / MIS Reports
  • Financial Planning and Budgeting
  • Efficient Funds Management
  • Maintain Banking Relationships
  • Exercise Internal Control and Audits
  • Support Exports and Commercial functions


PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE AND REQUIREMENTS:

  • 5-7 Years in a similar function or role
  • Preference to candidates who have worked in similar Plantation or Estates


LOCATION
The position is based on the estate in Lugongo -Tanga Region and reports to the General Manager

SALARY AND BENEFITS

  • Shall be commensurate with the candidates experience and position
