Job Title : Direct Sales Manager
Department : Operation
Reports to: Operations / Director
Job Objective:
To ensure smooth and efficient operation of the operation department by coordinating and cooperating within department and between departments to ensure that Operation dish transfer service are according to company policies and procedures
Duties and responsibilities
In charge of managing in direct sales work in the departments and branches
Implementing dish transfer activities by pushing Sales and ensure target is achieved
Development of Large Customers , maintaining the relationship
Accomplish the targets of customer sales and ensure the timely payment
Achieve the sales tasks independently and teamwork tracking big customer
Long term maintenance the relationship of customer's decision-maker.
According to the rules of the company, visit the customers on time
Ensure the repayment timely and submit the document
Supervise your staff , checking their sales record and payment on time, if there is any loss, report to Director immediately
Any other tasks assigned by the upper management
