to fix the Logistics gap by providing innovative Solutions to its
Customers through application of the New generation Technology, young,
dedicated and vibrant work force. The company is located in
Dar-es-salaam Tanzania.
Key Responsibilities of the Position are:
• Responsible for the sales and marketing to generate Company revenue performance and develop new business opportunities.
• Oversee Day to Day operations of the Company by ensuring smooth handling of shipment from source to destinations.
• Forecast, analyze and design appropriate sales and marketing
strategies to grow the Company and expand the Market share in the
Logisitics Industry.
• Enquire feedback from customers on level of Service delivery to monitor Customer Satisfaction.
• Daily Reporting to General Manager on Sales Report and Other Matters as instructed by Superiors.
• Conduct Market Intelligence to understand market trends and shifts, and Provide recommendation to the Management.
• Be Flexible and ready to learn ,unlearn and learn new Tactics ,knowledge quickly and implement .
• Self-driven , Honest ,and Independent.
• Cultivate and deepen Business relationship with Clients to add value to their business.
• Any tasks as assigned by management
Job Requirements
• Undergraduate Degree in Economics, Commerce ,Business Administrations, Logistics.
• Knowledge in Sales and Marketing management will be added advantage.
• Minimum of 1 year in sales & Marketing in Logistics industries.
• Good presentation and team working Spirit.
• Good attitude and interpersonal skill
• Experience in a Start Up Environment
