A Tourist and Hospitality company located at Arusha is looking for the competent candidates to fill the position of OPERATION MANAGER.

QUALIFICATIONS / EDUCATION
Required a competent and passionate Operation Manager with deep understanding of Management skills, well organized and detail-oriented with all Operation issues at tourist company.
- Degree/ Diploma / of Business Administration / Management or relevant field.
- At least 3 – 5 years’ experience working as Operation Manager at Tourist Company.
- Creativity, confident and energetic
- Knowledge of proper management skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Interpersonal and organizational skills
- Competencies in data entry, analysis, and management
- Keen attention to detail and ability to effectively manage time.
SALARY: Negotiable
