Derick Global Trading Company Ltd is a Beverage company dealing with producing and distributing Alcoholic Beverages such as, Highlife Gin, Crystal Gin and Budget Banana Alcoholic Beverage.  Company sells its products in most of Tanzania Regions, with its headquarter located in Moshi Kilimanjaro.

The company is looking for an experienced Sales & Marketing Supervisor to be in charge of all Sales related activities in their products of Budget Banana Alcoholic Beverage to expand our customer base and achieve sales quotas for specific districts of our company.

To be successful candidate in this role, you should have previous experience in managing the operations of sales & Marketing team while taking accountability for reaching sales targets. You should also be able to remotely supervise a team of sales people and set profitable goals.  Our ideal candidates combine excellent communication skills, negotiations skills, management skills with a Sales & marketing skill.

Ultimately, a candidate needed will ensure his area of responsibility meets and exceeds the expectations of the sales of our Budget Banana Alcoholic Beverages objectives and contributes to our company’s success in the long run.

QUALIFICATIONS

Ø  Bachelor or Diploma in Sales & Marketing, or related field

Ø  3 – 5yrs  of Sales & Marketing  experience in alcoholic beverage companies(Especially Banana Alcoholic Beverages)

Ø  Proven experience as Sales & Marketing Supervisor, meet and exceed sales quotas especially in alcoholic beverages companies.

Ø  Knowledge of performance evaluation metrics and principles

Ø  Excellent organizational and leadership abilities.

Ø  Excellent business acumen with a strategic orientation

Ø  Excellent problem-solving abilities.

Ø  Proven track record of successfully managing customer relationships

Ø  Excellent interpersonal skills and negotiations skills.

Ø  Highly self-motivated

Ø  Strong verbal and written communication skills both English and Swahili

Ø  Driving knowledge and experience as well as a valid driving licence class D and above will be an added advantage.

Key Responsibilities:

  •  Create zonal sales plans and quotas in alignment with business objectives
  • Support Sales Representatives with day-to-day operations.
  • Preform daily sales & marketing reports
  • Evaluate his sales team performances
  • Report on Zonal sales results
  • Forecast quarterly and annual profits
  • Identify hiring needs, select and train new sales team
  • Prepare and review the monthly budget for the area of responsibility
  • Analyze zonal market trends and discover new opportunities for growth.
  • Address potential problems and suggest prompt solutions
  • Participate in decisions for expansion or acquisition
  • Suggest new services/products and innovative sales techniques to increase customer satisfaction
