to serve east and central Africa as a general ICT contracting company, with concentration on licensing enterprise
resource planning (ERP) software which helps businesses to plan, execute and evaluate their activities. Also,
enabling smallholder farmers and MSMEs get access to financial services by using digital platforms.

About the job
The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing high-quality applications. They will also be responsible for designing and implementing testable and scalable code.
Responsibilities
- Code and test programming for software and mobile apps.
- Develop and deploy computer applications.
- Execute code builds to test and production environments.
- Fix bugs in existing code.
- Collaborate with product, design, and marketing teams.
- Maintain documentation per company standards.
- Provide testing, documentation, training, and support for third-party software products.
- Resolve user-submitted problems and questions.
Qualifications/Skills and Education Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Computer Science or related field
- One to three years of experience in software development
- Proven experience with OOP languages (PHP, Dart, Python)
- Familiarity with HTML, JavaScript, CSS, and AJAX
- Familiarity with PHP frameworks Laravel and CodeIgniter
- Mobile apps Framework like Flutter and Python are added advantage,
- Direct experience with Agile software development methodologies a plus
- SQL database or relational database skills
- Understanding of object-oriented software engineering
- Track record of successful application development
- Ability to write clean, well-documented code
- Excellent complex problem solving and critical thinking skills
- Solid troubleshooting and communication skills
- Demonstrated analytical and critical thinking abilities
