Fezacom Group is a corporate that operates primarily in North America and Africa. The Group is now made up of three companies all founded and created by Ferooz Zachary Niyongere in collaboration with other minority shareholders. The group’s companies are Feza-Canada (ACNIBO), Fezaafric Limited and Neofarms Limited, which operate in different areas of activity. As a diversified business group through various affiliated companies, Fezacom Group operates in the fields of services, manufacturing, retail trade, agriculture and farming, import-export, commercial forestation, etc. Since the creation of Neofarms Limited, one of the Fezacom Group’s companies in 2020, more than 200 people have been employed in various sectors and areas of activity including permanent and temporary jobs, seasonal and day labourers  as well as office workers.  Planting more than one million trees in Northwestern Tanzania contributes to environmental protection, thus creating hundreds of jobs during the tree cutting and processing.

About the job

We are looking for a competitive Sales Officer, who can be able to work under limited resources by reaching set targets according to the nature of market evaluated by Sales Manager.

Responsibilities
• Distribute the company’s products in the lake zone and other regions to be arranged by
the sales manager
• Be closure to the company’s customers by gathering customer feedback for improving
our business and services
• Ensuring the number of customers increases
• Planning methods and strategies to reach more customers
• Give advice to your Boss (sales manager) on what to do to increase sales
• Receive money from customers by depositing it in a company account or encouraging
customers themselves to do so directly

Minimum Qualifications
• Diploma level and above in business and customer related subjects or have sufficient
experience in business and customer services
• Must be between 20-45 years old
• He/she should not have any case
• Must have Tanzanian citizenship or have permits that allow him/her to stay and work in
the country
• Must be able to read and write fluently English and Swahili
• He/she should live among the following cities: Mwanza, Kahama, Bukoba and Geita
• Be willing to travel and sleep outside the region in which he/she lives
• Computer knowledge especially in Microsoft office

Will be the additional advantages:
• To have a valid driving license category A D
• To have a third international language like French
