· Overall responsibility for the technical management, supervision and control of industrial production operations of company
· Ensure on time delivery of quality products and systems, while maintaining customer satisfaction
· Protect the interests of the staff members and the Company in accordance with the Corporate Constitution and Company policies .
· Tracking, analyzing, and developing action plans to insure conformance to business plan goals and objectives.
· Ensure customer satisfaction by meeting or exceeding customer expectations of quality.
· Initiate action to prevent the occurrence of any nonconformities relating to the product, process, and quality system.
· Identify and record any problems relating to the product, process, and quality system.
· Initiate, recommend, or provide solutions through designated channels.
· Lead and verify the implementation of solutions to the product, process, and quality system.
· Attend managers meetings at regular intervals to keep informed of business developments and issues relating to the division.
· Ensure effective employee relations. Provide staff coaching and development. Resolve staff issues through problem resolution
· Manage departmental performance measures, including visual controls and provides regular progress reports to manager.
· Conduct regular staff meetings to communicate current and future status and focus on Continuous Improvement.
· Act as a supervisor, for backfill situations such as absenteeism, vacations, peak production periods etc.
· Plan and organize production schedules. Assess project and resource requirements.
· Estimate, negotiate and agree to budgets and timescales with Management
· Ensure that health and safety regulations are met.
· Determine quality control standards. Oversee production processes.
· Re-negotiate timescales or schedules as necessary
· To advise Management and / or relevant departmental heads on requirements for materials, tools and equipment etc.
· Organize the repair and routine maintenance of production equipment
· Liaise with Management and Finance Department
· Supervise the work of junior staff Organize relevant training sessions
· Establish and facilitate departmental procedures which in turn enhance the production and efficiency of the department., while supporting safety policies and procedures
· Implement, oversee, and control the production schedule
· Assist to review and revise staff scheduling, if required
· Assist to oversee and review time and attendance of staff, as well as vacation approvals
· Assist to monitor and regulate staffing needs to ensure optimum staffing levels are supporting business demands
· Assist with Interviews and hire production staff in conjunction with Human Resources (HR) and/or General Manager approval to support operation needs
· Analyze production, quality control and budgetary outcome of projects
· Oversee consumable and equipment stock and tracking programs for increased financial effectiveness
· Implement cost control programs or procedures
· Perform different workstation visits to ensure quality of service and budgetary compliance Collaborate with management for preparation of on-call schedule
· Coordinate after hours emergency staff and work as required
· Assist Departmental Managers on large or complex Emergency losses, to include organizing heavy equipment, staffing and job site Health and Safety
· Audit and review emergency paperwork and processes to ensure compliance
· Participate in on-call rotation as the on-call manager, as required
· Follow all internal policies and procedures
· Audit and implement policies/procedures and production levels in the content processing department. This will also include warehousing/storage of all contents
· Audit all personnel uniform requirements and needs _ . Ensure efficient collaboration and coordination between departments for job completion
· Develop and implement policies and procedures for catastrophic loss (CAT) situations
· Provide excellent customer service
· Work under time constraints to meet specific timelines
· Monitor and schedule orientation and other training for new and existing employees in conjunction with Health and Safety
· Ensure attention to detail and keen sense of safeguarding other people's property and information
· Will always practice good housekeeping to ensure a safe and non-cluttered worksite Participates in and demonstrates an understanding of safety principles and practices; follows all safety policies and procedures to support a safe working environment, including safe operation of machines and equipment
· Comply with all Company policies and procedures, as well as legislative requirements
· Proactively communicate job site conditions and concerns that may or are affecting completion of the job to the appropriate person
· Attend all Company sponsored training courses
· Human Resources : Maintain employee confidentiality and performance management by coaching leading, mentoring and motivating employees.
· Safety: Verify all Company documents are completed accurately; maintaining employee records and compliance; ensuring compliance of all employees and subcontractors with the law and the Company's policies at all Company locations and job sites
· Accountability: Ability to identify measures of performance and actions needed to improve or correct performance, ensuring accuracy and documentation
· Communication : Ability to communicate effectively and professionally with our staff and customers, both verbal and written.
· Leadership: Ability to delegate, set expectations, and monitor progress of all direct reports Time Management: Proven ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment

Qualifications:
- 5 - 10 years experience
- Master's or bachelor's degree / diploma in relevant field
