Job Overview:
Rasello works with a number of clients in different industries to deliver digital solutions to cater for their business problems. The Project Manager at Rasello will be responsible for planning, overseeing, and leading projects from ideation to completion. This include interaction with a range of internal and external stakeholders, set deadlines, coordinating with the activities of the team, coordinate projects, schedules, project tracking, and reporting project related tasks.
Responsibilities and Duties:
- Determine and define project scope and objectives
- Predict resources needed to reach objectives and manage resources in an effective and efficient manner
- Develop and manage a detailed project schedule and work plan
- Provide project updates on a consistent basis to various stakeholders about strategy, adjustments, and progress
- Manage contracts with local vendors and suppliers by assigning tasks and communicating expected deliverables
- Work closely with Project Manager’s to accomplish projects
- Attend meetings, take minutes, and record action points.
- Identifying needs that can be successfully addressed by the Projects Team and Technology Team.
- Make arrangements for project documentation on recommendations and specifications of the client, and ensure all specifications are met.
Qualifications and Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree in computer science, business, or a related field
- 2-3 years of project management and related experience
- Proven ability to solve problems creatively
- Strong familiarity with project management software tools, methodologies, and best practices
- Experience seeing projects through the full life cycle
- Excellent analytical skills
- Strong interpersonal skills and extremely resourceful
- Proven ability to complete projects according to outlines scope, budget and timeline
