The account servicing manager or client servicing manager is one of the most important person within our company (Darlink Media).

We are looking for a experienced and qualified client service manager candidate who will directly communicates with our potential clients.

If hired, you will be responsible for understanding the client's brief and coordinating work between the clients and our creative team, marketing etc.

Daily Routine: Every day is different for client services manager, but routine tasks include updating status reports for clients, receiving creative changes from clients, relaying those changes to creative staff and supervising the account’s finances.

Daily responsibilities: involve maintaining and growing client relationships, and managing client expectations.

Characteristics: you have to shares specific personality and work traits. You can juggle multiple client needs while maneuvering sudden changes of direction in the marketplace.

Qualifications : typically have a degree in business, marketing, journalism or relevant.
*An advanced degree, such as a master’s in business administration/ marketing will be added as an advantage.
* 3 years minimum work experience.
