Job Role


Drives vehicle over test tracks, city streets, or highways to perform specified test and obtain performance data to ensure vehicle diagnostic and repair quality measures.



Job Responsibilities

  • Write detailed reports, as necessary, for the engineers responsible for each vehicle
  • Listen for unusual noises from engine, transmission, differential, and body parts, indicating possible defects
  • Identifying issues with the vehicle, both drivability and diagnosing any problems with the electrical systems
  • Gathered data on vehicle performance, such as braking action, stability, and maneuverability
  • Drives office vehicles for transporting of authorized personnel, delivery and collection of mail documents and other items
  •  Conducted vehicle handling and durability tests on both city roads and highways throughout
  •  Any other duties as may be assigned by your supervisor that may include maintaining office assigned vehicles, renews the road license and vehicle insurances, performs minor repairs and ensures that the vehicle is kept clean


Education

  • High School Education
  • Required Qualifications & Skills


Minimum Experience:
3 – 5 years technical driving experience, Valid driver's license, good deriving record and knowledge of safety driving

  •     Extensive knowledge of the operating area.
  •     Excellent organizational and time management skills.
  •     Exceptional interpersonal skills.
  •     Good verbal communication.
  •     Proficiency using GPS devices
