We are looking for Aggressive, dynamic person to work in our Office call centres, she/he will be responsible for;
· Mobile phone call, and marketing of our Training, Research & Consultancy.
· Sending Company promotion materials through email and in social media.
· Receiving requests from customers.
· Solving customer problems.
· Communicate with customers via email, live chat.
Experience and Qualification
· Degree/Diploma/Certificate qualification in Customer Care/Marketing or related field.
· Experience on phone calling and customer care services for one year or more
· Good Customer care and call Centres skills
· Computer knowledge
· Good command of English language
· Ethical and hardworking
· Very familiar with the area, government and companies in Dar es salaam
NOTE:
