Requirements:
Tanzanian citizen
Previous sales experience
Fluent in Swahili and English - Additional languages are a definite asset
Working knowledge of computers
Strong knowledge of Whatsapp, Instagram, Facebook - Owning your own smartphone and using it for work is a requirement
You like meeting new people and enjoy sales/selling
You are a good listener, patient, competitive and organized
You are a responsible and detailed individual who is able to multi task.
You can work with others
You have no problem working on your own to meet deadlines.
You have an interest in working in a retail and wholesale environment.
You consider yourself dynamic and creative, and are not afraid to try new things.
Responsibilities will include:
Retails Operations management
In shop retail sales
Social Media + Web sales management
Basic graphic design
Wholesale and business to business sales
Customer Relationship Management
Administrative Duties and reporting
Implementing strategies
Compensation is based on a base salary and commission
You can expect between 1-2million shillings per month depending on education, experience and performance
