- Develop and monitor overall HR strategies, systems, tactics and procedures across the organization
- Oversee and manage a performance appraisal system that drives high performance
- Direct responsible on staff welfare and staff development
- Develop and oversee HR budgets
- To ensure employee relations concern and government/public relations concern are well managed or delegated amongst the team
- Ensure legal compliance throughout human resource management
