Job Purpose
To manage the credit business by ensuring that all micro finance functions are well developed, managed, sustainable, profitable and there is business growth.
• Responsible for all new and existing microfinance business customer satisfaction and retention.
• Responsible for revenue growth and profitability of the microfinance
business.
• A minimum Diploma or Degree from a recognized institution
• Apass or Credit in Mathematics Subject
• Atleast l year experience for those applying for Credit Manager and
Officer Positions
• No Prior experience in Microfinance is needed for Interns
• Those with Motorcycle Riding skills will have a definite advantage
