DESCRIPTION: - Managed Services Sales Intern
PROFILE: Sales representatives are responsible for selling a company's products by identifying leads, educating prospects on products through calls, trainings, and presentations, and providing existing customers with exceptional support..
- Prospect and qualify new Managed Services sales leads
- Schedule meetings and presentations with prospects
- Create, plan, and deliver presentations on Managed Services Packages.
- Track all Managed Services sales activities in company CRM system
- Communicate customer and prospect product pain points to appropriate solution departments.
- Maintain a well-developed pipeline of prospects
- Develop strong, ongoing relationships with prospects and customers
- Meet and/or exceed quotas
- Coordinate with other team members and departments to optimize the Managed Services sales effort
SKILLS/QUALIFICATIONS:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or related field
- Experience in sales is an added advantage.
- Ability to meet and exceed sales quotas.
- Track record and experience of successfully managing customer relationships
- Excellent interpersonal skills
- Highly self-motivated
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
- Working knowledge of CRM systems.
- Proven interpersonal skills particularly in the area of client management, strong communication and time planning abilities.
- Ability to adapt and learn the relevance and potential impact of emerging technology improvements.
- Excellent Communications skills written/verbal and excellent Logical & analytical skills
- Basic understanding of computing systems, networking issues/systems administration.
- Must have a GPA of 3.0 or above
