The ideal candidate will lead initiatives to generate and engage with clients to build new business for the company. This candidate will be focused and have strong negotiation skills to drive in new sales and company growth.
Responsibilities
- Prospecting and securing new business meetings – through the network, inbound or created leads, marketing, events etc.
- Ability to create demand
- Lead BD and sales executives
- Responsibility for account managing, account growth, developing new client relationships whilst ensuring satisfaction and loyalty.
- Business negotiation
- Manage multiple sales opportunities from enquiry to closing
- Communicate and influence clients
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Sales, BA or equivalent experience
- 3 – 4 years’ in sales, marketing, business development or similar roles
- Marketing Agency business development role experience will be an added advantage
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Proven knowledge and execution of successful sales strategies
- Focused and goal-oriented
