Responsibilities:

There are four main groups that comprise each one of the responsibilities:

Administrative oriented: Ability to follow up and prompt report of the camp condition, bar sales, cashbook, inventories and budgeting, and any type of financial operation related with the camp.

Human Resources Management: Ability to set, review and handle on time and in appropriate manner, the employee’s assignments as well as the daily targets have been reached.

Responsible & guest oriented: Able to perform the guests briefing, welcoming, locating and cover all the possible needs they might have during their stay at our premises.

Organized & able to prioritize: Able to perform and carry on many different tasks during the day. Run the team of cooks, waiters, cleaners, mechanics, guides and spotters smoothly, and assist with the management of all employees at the camp.

Required knowledge, skills and experience:

- Tourism experience.

- Previous proven experience as Camp Manager.

- Excellent customer service and an ability to build strong relationship.

- Excellent communication.

- Computer and analytical skills required. Office, outlook, excel and word required.

- Patient, flexible, creative, fast thinking and decision-making.

- Ability to work independently, and report on time and correctly.
