A hotel in Arusha town is looking to recruit the following;
- Receptionist
A Receptionist whose responsibilities include but are not limited to the following;
Responsibilities
- Proper handling of guests in a professional and ethical manner throughout the guest stay
- Perform the check in and check out procedure in a timely and efficient way
- Coordinate with other departments to maintain proper accounts of guest files
- Ensure to maintain the quality and standards of the hotel
Requirements;
A background in hotel industry
Fluent in written and spoken English and Swahili
Computer literate and a knowledge of Opera system will be added advantage
Good Customer Service and language
Hardworking and reliable
Flexible to attend night shifts
A certificate from a recognized training college
Patience and the ability to remain calm in stressful situations
To be thorough and pay attention to detail.
- Waiter/Waitress
A waiter/waitress whose responsibilities include but are not limited to the following;
Responsibilities;
- Perform all necessary tasks to service food & beverage according to the standard of performance manual of the hotel
- Greet and seat customers and serve them in a professional, discreet and personalized way
- Consistently monitor quality of food & beverage being served
- Practice good customer relations and attend to customer complaints / queries satisfactorily
- Responsible for maintaining hygiene and cleanliness standards and upkeep of all service equipment
- Responsible for all service preparations before, during and after the service
- Ensure minimum wastage, breakage and spoilage
Requirements;
A background in hotel industry
