Qualifications
- Bachelor degree
- Possess background in Psychology and psycho-social care .
- Possesses exceptional reporting skills
- Self-starter and internally motivated
- Ability to work independently with a high level of autonomy and serve as a strong collaborator with stakeholders and team members across the organization.
- Clear and effective verbal and written communication skill
- Experience in teaching and curriculum development.
- Proficient use of Google tools and Microsoft Office
Job Description
- Conduct research and review effective research studies , programs and methods used for academic student learning, teaching and testing in meeting desired outcome measures.
- Leads or participates in designing programs based on research to improve educational outcomes and enhance learning experience for children in Primary and Secondary School.
- Provide after school academic assistance to primary and secondary school students.
- Follow up on children’s day to day progress in school and report children progress.
- Performs other duties as assigned.
